This week had a heavy design focus. We experimented with different UI designs and sounds for POIs and navigations. We discussed design possibilities for the gallery, and decided we wanted a clean, modern-looking design for the “portals” to jump around the different exhibits. We also looked ahead to things we’d need to figure out in the near future, including collecting archived photos and creating a repository of sounds. I put together a list of everything we’ll need to focus on in the coming weeks. 
We’ll soon need to make some decisions about when to use narration vs. music, and the possibilities for using videos as transitions. We’re looking forward to receiving the camera so we can start testing the footage and seeing what’s possible as far as stringing together photos and videos.
